Our services

We provide human-led, ATS-safe CV writing and related services (cover letters, LinkedIn rewrites and similar), as described on our website. We use AI to help us work efficiently, but every document is written and checked by a person. We help you present your genuine experience as clearly and effectively as possible — we do not fabricate qualifications, experience or achievements, and we cannot and do not guarantee interviews, job offers or any specific outcome.

Free CV review

The free CV review is provided without cost or obligation. We may decline to proceed if we don't think we can add enough value, and we'll tell you honestly if so.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on our website and are one-off (no subscriptions). Payment is taken securely through Stripe at the point of purchase. We may update our prices from time to time, but changes won't affect an order you've already paid for.

Delivery and revisions

We aim to deliver within the timescales shown for each package, starting from when you've provided everything we need. Revisions are included within the scope of your package, and factual corrections always take priority. Turnaround depends in part on you supplying accurate information and responding to any questions.

Your responsibilities

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and truthful, and that the final document is yours to check and approve before you use it in any application.

Cancellation and refunds

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Because our services are personalised and begin promptly, where you ask us to start work during the normal 14-day cancellation period you may lose the right to cancel once the work has begun, to the extent the service has been provided. If something has gone wrong, contact us — we deal with issues fairly and reasonably.

Intellectual property

Once your order is complete and paid for, the final documents we deliver are yours to keep, edit and reuse. Our underlying templates, frameworks and methods remain ours.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for hiring decisions, recruitment outcomes, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
